went to so many performance in ukm, organize by chinese or not, usually i’ll support any student activities in ukm, mostly when they are using our "sacred" dectar. as we all know, applying for using dectar as vanue of performance/activity is a very freaking frustrating and difficult thing, usually ppl will do their best when they perform at dectar (sort of..). well, but that does not mean that every activity that run at dectar are great, impressive.

due to i’m a very "8" ppl, for the past 3 years i attended countless performances, as spectator or photographer. well, until yesterday, i found out that "malam kesenian ukm 2008" organised by perkeb is surprisinging good! their performance may no the best, or may not be the most thrilling masterpiece, but the way they perform and their creativity does impress me a lot. from singing, dancing to the drama (one of the best i’ve watch), especially the drama, will put many so called "traditional giant" societies that so often organise such activies in a year and claim their drama is "masterpiece" in to ashamed.

the drama, it’s educational, funny with the cheeky dialougue, perfectly matched with the use of multimedia show and live performance, fully string up the audience with joy and sadness. i’m totally stunned by their dynamic in the drama, their creativity, most importantly, i enjoy a lot. as photographer at that day, i usually get the best "seat" in the house because i can walk close up to the stage and try to get a great photos, i can feel that they put a lot of effort into making this activity a successful 1, i felt their dedication and effort in this activity, maybe this will put plenty ppl that claim they are members of whatever societies into shame, again.

maybe i’m biased, because i was hoping to attend a great "art and cultural" performance(combination of music, dance, drama…etc…) in ukm for 3 years, i think that this 1 would be 1 of the best, besides ntlp and traditional orchestra’s performance last year..i’m not impress at all with performance that only have single program such as drama, because it will back fire you anytime if you can not plan the flow of story well and if your presentation is not impressive enough. in what position i’m saying this? just merely spectator, performer for 4 years, a backstage staff with 5 years of experience, and a student who used to organise a lot of student activities in secondary school, university, even events..

i hope what happen last night can be a good platform of example to many "giants" in ukm to make good, creative activities in future. for ppl who didnt attend this show, it’s quite a pity.

today went to ukm again (during CNY holiday…)..try to learn a new program called RESRAD-BUILD. a program that will evaluate the hazard and risk of radiation contamination on buildings to human. nearly 2 hours passed, and we conclude that we dont know anything about this program and it’s very hard to use. even if i use the default value to do my calculations, i still can not explain, interpret the result of the computation of the program… and if i include this reporting to my thesis, i can bet that during the next presentation i’ll bombard by those cold blood and "question-ful" examiners. i hope i can finish my stuff in time, and i also hope that i can endure the bombardment of "relevant" questions by those examiners.

recently still busy on musics, still learning of course, feel that what i know is too little:

invited again by new tunes to cooperate again, feel honored, and it’s fun practice with them too..hahaha…still remember the "unwrote what i wrote" thing..hope it will be my cracking last performance in ukm.

still join classical music (western). learning, teaching, playing, and "bullied" by those lovely juniors. like the atmosphere, haha…try to learn 1 or 2 things from 1 “美女高手”.

still practice classical music (eastern) in both clubs, ukm and my school yu hua. every weeks at least 3 days are practicing Chinese orchestra.

busy on photography, passionate by it, and quite motivated:

ya, "voted" as class-rep, again. quite fun, learn a lot of things after joining the club. hope i can learn more and apply it.

took a PB photography course at education faculty, it’s fundamental, but still know a lot of theories and knowledge of functioning a camera.

i think my tight schedule only can fit in these activities for now, and i hope it wont break the thin wire that already stretched fully. phew…this semester i thought it’s a boring and dull period for me, quite surprisingly it’s totally opposite, academic and activity wise is so challenging right now, just looking to take a good rest again after all is over..hahaha…or should i say after half a year of resting and crouching, i explode again this semester.

what my future lies? try more stuffs in academic and activity. try to get my butt into medical physics or medical science field so that i have multiple choice in career path. want to study master by coursework, then sambung phd by research (if). i’m standing straight on center of cross roads…what i want to do, what i have to do, what should i do, i really dont have a clue. have to act fast, think smart, work hard from now on.
why am i writing this post? because i just want to say i like adventurous and challenging tasks and i’m back in business again.
